A Growing, Safe Fellowship

On the next page, you’ll find our JOIN FORM to complete if you are interested in participating in studies. Our Assembly is blessed with steady growth—we receive 1–2 join requests most days. For everyone’s safety, each person goes through a Visitor’s Orientation appointment, a one-on-one session with an elder that lasts about 20–30 minutes. At the end of the form, you’ll be able to select the day and time for your appointment. This is the same welcoming process every member of our Assembly has completed.

Appointment Scheduling & Wait Time

Our elders each work full-time jobs to support their families, so they are not available for full-time ministry. Together, they provide about 7 appointment slots per week. Because of the steady demand, appointments are often scheduled about 3–4 weeks in advance (and sometimes longer around feast days when interviews pause). We truly appreciate your fruit of patience as you wait for your turn.

• Pray and consider how you hope to grow and be part of the Assembly.
• Gather any questions you’d like to discuss in your interview.

Confirming Your Appointment

We’re excited to meet with you, and we want to make sure your appointment time is protected. About three days before your interview, you’ll receive a text and/or email reminder asking you to confirm. Please confirm within 48 hours so we know you’re still able to attend. If we don’t hear back, your appointment may be released for someone else who is waiting.

If No Appointments Are Available

Occasionally, when you reach the bottom of the JOIN FORM there may be no available time slots showing. This simply means the current week(s) are fully booked due to the number of requests.

• Use the return link we email to you and check back in a couple of days—new times open as schedules rotate.
• During feast days, interview slots are limited (elders do not interview while away at feast meetups), so availability may be sparse until after the feast.
