LETTER REQUESTS
This form is for requesting a letter on Assembly of Yahuah letterhead to provide employers or schools with an explanation of why work cannot be performed on the Sabbath or certain appointed times, or why declining a vaccination aligns with your spiritual beliefs. The letters include relevant state and federal laws, and, if applicable, military policies pertinent to your request. Other types of letters may also be requested.
