2022 WOMEN'S MINISTRY FOCUS

Our Sabbatical is over! We were still, quiet, humble, and we heard from Yahuah. We were rejuvenated, refueled, and refocused! And our new focus for this year sisters, is, on us. Looking inward. Introspect. Self-examination. Searching our hearts. Slowing down. Taking our time to truly look within and hear from Abba Yahuah. And growth! Growing on the vine of Yahusha to bear fruit of the Ruach! Putting on our armor of Yahuah daily to stand firm against HaSatan's schemes. Realizing our spiritual gifts and steering clear from abominations (     ).  If this sounds like a journey you want to be on, you want to join HEART SEARCH, the new devotional journey the women in our Assembly are embarking on with one another. Todah rabah, Abbah Yahuah for seeing fit to speak to us, to direct us, and to lead us as we acknowledge you and seek you in all we do. Thank you for your Word that is a lamp to our feet and a light to our path!

Prayer warrior - woman of Yahuah

We prepare our hearts & minds for our time together by starting with some praise music unto Yah!

We quickly review our class reminders or house rules, so that we can conduct all of our meetings and study decently and in order (1 Corinthians 14:40). Then we pause for prayer to invite the Set-Apart Ruach to guide and direct our devotional study.

We end with a Word of prayer at the closing time. We sometimes share some quick announcements about upcoming studies and topics for other studies or activities within our Assembly that may be of interest. It is a great baraka to feast on Abba's Word together as women!

COMMUNITY SCRIPTURES

LEAN NOT TO OUR OWN UNDERSTANDING

Yah's Word provides principles, law, and instructions for all of life. Below are just a few of the many scriptures that are great reminders for Yah's children when fellowshipping together. We call them "Community Scriptures." It is recommended that you read all of these, and even memorize them if you can! To read the Scripture, just hover your mouse over it.

Matthew 18:15-17

Matthew 18:15-17

15 Moreover if thy brother shall trespass against thee, go and tell him his fault between thee and him alone: if he shall hear thee, thou hast gained thy brother.

16 But if he will not hear thee, then take with thee one or two more, that in the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established.

17 And if he shall neglect to hear them, tell it unto the church: but if he neglect to hear the church, let him be unto thee as an heathen man and a publican.

1 Corinthians 16:14

1 Corinthians 16:14

Do everything with love.

Proverbs 11:16

Proverbs 11:16

A kindhearted woman gains honor, but ruthless men gain only wealth.

Colossians 4:5-6

Colossians 4:5-6

Conduct yourselves with wisdom toward outsiders, making the most of the opportunity. Let your speech always be with grace, as though seasoned with salt, so that you will know how you should respond to each person.

Colossians 4:5-6

Colossians 4:5-6

Conduct yourselves with wisdom toward outsiders, making the most of the opportunity. Let your speech always be with grace, as though seasoned with salt, so that you will know how you should respond to each person.

Romans 12:17-21

Romans 12:17-21

Do not repay anyone evil for evil. Be careful to do what is right in the eyes of everyone. If it is possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone. Do not take revenge, my dear friends, but leave room for Yah's wrath, for it is written: "It is mine to avenge; I will repay," says Yahuah. On the contrary: "If your enemy is hungry, feed him; if he is thirsty, give him something to drink. In doing this, you will heap burning coals on his head."  Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.

James 1:19-20

James 1:19-20

My dear brothers and sisters, take note of this: Everyone should be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to become angry, because human anger does not produce the righteousness that Yahuah desires.

Philippians 1:27

Philippians 1:27

Only conduct yourselves in a manner worthy of the gospel of Yahusha, so that whether I come and see you or remain absent, I will hear of you that you are standing firm in one spirit, with one mind striving together for the faith of the gospel;

Proverbs 15:1

Proverbs 15:1

A soft answer turneth away wrath: but grievous words stir up anger.

Proverbs 14:1

Proverbs 14:1

A wise woman builds her house, but the foolish one tears it down with her own hands.

Romans 12:3

Romans 12:3

For I say to every man that is among you, through the grace given unto me, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think, but to think soberly according as Yahuah hath dealt to every man the measure of faith.

Ephesians 5:15-17

Ephesians 5:15-17

Therefore be careful how you walk, not as unwise men but as wise, making the most of your time, because the days are evil. So then do not be foolish, but understand what the will of the Yahusha is.

1 Corinthians 13:4-7

1 Corinthians 13:4-7

Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.

Ephesians 4:29

Ephesians 4:29

Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen.

1 Peter 3:2-4

1 Peter 3:2-4

Don't be concerned about the outward beauty of fancy hairstyles, expensive jewelry, or beautiful clothes. You should clothe yourselves instead with the beauty that comes from within, the unfading beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is so precious to Yahuah.

1 Thessalonians 4:11

1 Thessalonians 4:11

Make it your goal to live a quiet life, minding your own business and working with your hands, just as we instructed you before.

Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called children of Yahuah.

Luke 6:31

Luke 6:31

Treat others the same way you want them to treat you.

Titus 2:3-5

Titus 2:3-5

Older women likewise are to be reverent in behavior, not slanderers or slaves to much wine. They are to teach what is good, and so train the young women to love their husbands and children, to be self-controlled, pure, working at home, kind, and submissive to their own husbands, that the word of Yahuah may not be reviled.

Colossians 3:13

Colossians 3:13

Bear with each other and forgive one another if any of you has a grievance against someone. Forgive as Yah forgave you.
