    CLASS DESCRIPTION

This class is designed to heighten our understanding of Yah's Word by studying Abry (Hebrew/ Ibrim) letters, words, and their meanings with the goal of increasing our application of the Word to our lives. Beginners and advanced learners are welcome! If you ever had a desire to master the Hebrew Alef-Bet (alphabet) and learn how to get to Yah's meaning of His words used in the Bible, this class is for you.

Pre-requisites to join our class in real-time:

    1. You love Yah & thirst to learn more about His Word
    2. You fellowship with The Assembly of Yahuah

We record each class that is published on YouTube, so you can virtually attend that way. The benefits of attending in real-time include being able to share your own contributions which enriches the class for everyone as this class heavily relies on engagement.

    FORMAT DURING CLASS

    • Reminders & Opening Prayer

We share some study reminders, then invite the Set Apart Ruach to lead us in our study.

    • Al Bet Song

We sing an Al Bet song that helps us get used to recognizing the letters by sight and committed to our memory how they sound. It's a fun way to start our class 🙂 - The video is further down on this page.

    • Letter Presentation

During each study, a volunteer will highlight a Letter. Volunteers for the next letter are chosen at the end of each class.

    • Core Word Study

Here is where we get interactive! Our facilitator will guide us through things such as:

      • A brief recap of last week's word
      • Reviewing this week's word including its letters & their meanings
(Note: See the schedule for our list of words below.)
      • When the Word first appears in Scripture; i.e., "First Mention"
      • Any key supporting scriptures
      • Meaning(s) of the word & applications (we love discussing this together)
      • How we can apply what we are learning
      • How today's English definition differs if applicable
      • Any perversion of the word in history or today
    • Homework Assignment

The next week's word is assigned and the Strong's # for that word is provided. Use the homework sheet below as your guide for completing your homework.

    • Closing Prayer

Our study ends promptly at 9-PM EST or sooner. Around five-minutes prior to ending, we pause to pray & give thanks to the Most High, asking for His continued insight and guidance and application of his Word to our lives. Hall-le-lu-YAH!
